Executive Summary

 This report is about my work experience program with Chenab Flour & General Mills. In this comprehensive report, I have discussed about every major aspect of the company, which I observed and perceived during my work experience. In this report, you will find the current detail about the organization, from its current location to area of dealing, their procedures, hierarchy, processes and market are expressed in detail. During my work experience, I mainly performed my duties as a senior manager HR. As the main purpose of work experience is to learn in practical environment and applying the knowledge gained in real life scenarios, it was a wonderful experience working in Chenab flour & general mills, as the management and coworkers were very cooperative and started teaching me the basics from day one so I can learn beneficial things that can benefit my learning and their business. I have mentioned in detail the learning outcomes that I gained from working there also the recommendations that I believe can benefit them in the future.
